Toppower Motor's Fully Automated Hairpin Motor Production Line Enters Mass Production in Changzhou

Changzhou, Jiangsu, China — June 20, 2026 — Toppower Motor today announced that its fully automated hairpin motor production line has successfully completed commissioning and trial production and has officially reached its designed production capacity.

The new production line, located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, represents a significant upgrade in Toppower Motor’s advanced manufacturing capabilities for high-performance electric drive systems. Following a period of installation, system integration, and process validation, the line has now achieved stable mass production status.

At full capacity, the production line is capable of manufacturing 30,000 high-performance hairpin motors per month, marking a major milestone in the company’s scale-up of next-generation electric motor production.

The hairpin motor technology is widely recognized for its improved slot fill factor, higher efficiency, enhanced thermal performance, and greater power density compared with conventional winding methods. The successful ramp-up of this fully automated line is expected to further strengthen Toppower Motor’s capability to serve global markets across electric two- and three-wheelers, electric motorcycles, light electric vehicles, and other industrial applications.
